[The gear turns as Rika walks towards the newly caught pokémon, a Mareep, who looks a little camera shy. Rika notices this and pats it on the head.] Don't be shy! Say hello to everyone! [The pokémon lets out a small Reep! before scurrying behind Rika. She giggles.] She's a bit shy, but I know she's a fighter! She'll become strong.

[Then--] Karp! [The sounds comes from somewhere out of view of the gear. Rika's smile fades a bit.] Also... I was fishing earlier, and I ended up catching another pokémon. I tried to let him go, but... he kept following me. [She sighs as a Magikarp hops into her arms, looking smug.] ...He's also a new member of my team.
