[Rika's peacefully walking out of the Center in Goldenrod, when a bright light suddenly flashes and she covers her eyes. When she opens them, a strange pokémon is in front of her.]

Mii? What should I do with you? [She backs up a bit, slightly afraid of the large pokémon. However, she smiles.] I suppose I should catch you! [She throws a pokéball that she got from her bag at it, successfully catching it. Rika releases it from the ball and smiles at it again.] You look scary, but I'm sure you're not! [She tilts her head to the side.] Mii... what are you, though?

[Suddenly there is a Wild Hanyuu by Rika]
Hau auu auu, Rika there you are! I've been looking all over for you-

[and then she notices the giant bird thing]
Wh-what is that?

[Rika turns towards Hanyuu, startled by the sudden voice. Then she pauses. It can't be.... but it really is Hanyuu. Rika can only stand here for a few moments.]

Hanyuu! [Rika gives her a giant hug.] It's a Lugia.

Hauu... This world is so strange, do you know where we are Rika?

We're in Johto. It really is a strange world.

[She points at the Lugia. To explain this world, she has to explain this giant pokémon right next her.] This Lugia is a pokémon. Instead of the normal animals, in this world, there are pokémon.
