[The video feed turns on to show Rika sitting on the beach. Behind her is a sandcastle that her Ninetales and Ampharos are currently playing in, destroying it as they do so. There's also a Dragonair calmly watching them play.]

We made it to Olivine. It took a long time, but we can finally rest. [She looks behind her and giggles at her pokémon.] They look really happy to be here too.

Mii. How many people have been to the beach before coming here? Did you go a lot or only once? ... I remember there being a beach in Cherrygrove as well, so I wonder if some people hadn't ever been to the beach before then.

...I'll be honest to you and only you, because of who you are. I really shouldn't, but...I can't help it.

Boredom is a monster chasing us and the closer it gets to us, the more we remember of those Hells we lived through. It's a never-ending race.

But, you know? It isn't tiring. Being together, Bern and I are able to fend off boredom for all eternity. Was it worth going through those Hells? I can't answer for Bern. I can't even answer for myself. But I'll keep going, keeping up the entertainment for the both of us. Because of Bern, that eternal chase is never tiring.
