[Rika is in New Bark Town, standing on a porch outside of a house and looking for a better place to seek shelter from the rain.]

It seems to be raining nonstop, and my Vulpix does not like this very much at all. The water is already up to my ankles, and I don't think it would be a good idea to leave this town. I really hope this person does not mind me being on their porch.

[Rika lets out a small sigh.] Mii... Also, I don't seem to be anywhere near Hinamizawa...

Waaa... A deceleration of domination of the field!

[After she explained to the old lady that she needed to find a friend, she was given two umbrellas. She walked through the flooded streets until she found the house that her new friend was standing on it's porch. Her Togepi began to point towards them and joyfully began to cheer. She couldn't help, but smile.] I know. We found her, Sora. A new friend to play with.

[Realizing that there was someone else with her, she tilted her head curiously.] Oh! She has a friend with her! [She was gettng close to hide to take a deep breath, but her Togepi had other plans.

TOGE TOGE TOGE PRIIII!!!

Realizing that her Togepi was cheering too loudly, she looked down.] Sora, shhh. [Looking up at the two with a shy smile, she walked up to them until she reached the porch.] Hello. [Both the Togepi in one of her hands and Misuzu gave a small bow with a smile on her lips.] Are you both stuck in the rain?

[Rika smiles at Hayate.] Yep!

[She notices Misuzu approaching and stands up.] Ah, yes we are! Hayate decided to wait it out with me!

Mm-- Hello there, young miss. I take it you're a friend of Rika-san?

[She smiles and looks at Hayate.] Yeah, but we just met today. Are you a friend of her's too? [And realizing that she didn't know her name until now, she gave a nervous smile.] Niha! But I didn't know her name until now. I'm Misuzu Kamio. It's nice to meet you both. [Both her Togepi in hand and Misuzu bow.]

[Realizing that she only brought two umbrellas, she looked at the two and gave Hayate an umbrella.] Here! [She looks at Rika.] I wasn't expecting another person with you, so I only brought two umbrellas. Is it okay that we share this one?

[Rika smiles at Misuzu.] It's nice to meet you too, Misuzu!

Sharing an umbrella is fine with me! Thank you very much for bringing one!

--ah! Thank you, Misuzu-san. *He shall be taking the umbrella with a smile* I'm Hayate Ayasaki, and it's a pleasure to meet you.

Though I have to admit, I do feel a little guilty about taking the umbrella when it wasn't meant for me... But since you're both alright with sharing, I'll be more than happy to use it.

[She nods her head and stands next to Rika.] You're welcome. Next time, I'll remember to bring an extra umbrella.

[She looks at Hayate.] Likewise. [She shakes her head.] It's okay. I didn't know you were with Rika-san, but you are welcome to use the umbrella. It'll be useful for you and your pokemon, too. [She noticed the pokemon in your arms there.] Let's go before we catch a cold. [She begins to take a step forward.]

Don't feel guilty at all, Hayate! [Rika gives him a big smile and then turns toward Misuzu.]

Let's go! [Rika also takes a step forward.]

*wibbling a bit at both of your replies before smiling-- aaaaa such nice girls!! ;A;!!*

M-mm! I'll be right behind you two...!

[She nods her head.] Right. [And she'll be leading you two to the house she's staying in. No more getting wet now.

Sora is glancing at the trainers and their pokemon that she starts to cheer happily. She wanted to play with them later.] Nihaha! I think Sora is excited about making new friends, too. [She glances at the two.] Hey. Have you two named your pokemon, yet?

[Rika follows Misuzu's lead to the house. She then notices that her Vulpix has also noticed Sora and is staring at her curiously and Rika smiles.] I think my Vulpix will have a lot of fun playing with Sora!

[Upon hearing Misuzu's question, Rika's eyebrows knit together in thought.] I haven't been able to think of a name for my Vulpix yet, but I will name her soon!

*Follows after the both of you, umbrella in one hand, a rather fussy looking Growlithe in the other* --ah, I decided to name mine Hina, after a friend of mine back home. To name yours Sora, though... Do you like flying, Misuzu-san?

[She nodded her head happily at the thought of Rika's pokemon playing with Sora. It'll be a good way for the two of them to forget about the storm.] Sora will like that, a lot. Maybe it'll even help them ignore the storm, too. Sora doesn't like the sound of thunder very much.

[Then at the mention of names.] I'm sure you'll find the perfect name for your Vulpix soon. [She turns to Hayate with a smile.] That's really nice of you to name your pokemon after a friend. Was it a very special friend? [She nodded her head at the question.] Yeah, I do. Being able to fly in the sky is a dream of mine! I envy the birds that have the ability to fly. They're able to see everything from way up high! I've always loved to look up at the sky since I was really little. [Then she glanced at Sora who was smiling at her.] Plus, the name was very fitting. I believe it suits her perfectly.

Toge prii!

I think my Vulpix and Sora will become great friends! [Rika smiles broadly as her Vulpix glances at Sora with interest.]

That's a very nice dream of yours, Misuzu.

Yes-- She's someone who helped me out a lot back home. A very strong, yet kind girl. A little scary at times--

I see... It's nice to have a dream like that. Oh, maybe if you're lucky, you'll catch a Pokemon who can fly you on their back someday?

Yup! Just like Rika-san and Hayate-san will be good friends with me too! It'll be lots of fun that way. [She smiles and nods her head happily.] Only if I find a big bird pokemon that would let me! Hopefully it won't be hard to find one...

Does Rika-san and Hayate-san have any dreams?

You'll fine a pokémon that can fly in no time! [She smiles broadly.]

A dream...? [At hearing the question, her expression changes to that of a small, slightly sad smile.] I would like to grow old.

*Lets out a small chuckle* If you'll have me, I'd be glad to be friends with you, Misuzu-san. *Gives a nod to Rika afterward* Mm. There are plenty of big birds out there, just waiting for you!

Waaa... That's kind of deep, Rika-san. As for me... It's nothing big, but it's been my dream since I was young to own a 3LDK.

[She smiles at Hayate's reply.] My dream is only for a good future! Nipaa!

[She raises her eyebrows.] Mii...what's a 3LDK?

Ah, sorry about that-- Basically, it means I want to own a house someday.

That is a very good dream! Do you know what kind of house?

As long as it's a nice house that I've earned through my own hard work and money, that's all I could really ask for!

I am sure that you will be able to fulfill your dream!

*small chuckle* Mm. It's a realistic dream worth working for.
